Brückenbau - Ferienkurs

Wie wird eine Brücke gebaut?  Was muss dabei beachtet werden? Was ist eigentlich Statik? Welche Baumaterialien gibt es und welche Brückenbauformen? Welche Brücken sind eingestürzt und warum? Wir werden uns damit beschäftigen und natürlich Brücken bauen, aus Holz, aus Seilen und aus Papier. Es wird einen kleine Wettbewerb geben, wer die stabilste Brücke baut und wirn werden in den Park gehen und eine Seilbrücke bauen, die uns alle aushält. 

How is a bridge built? What needs to be considered? What exactly is statics? What building materials are available and what types of bridge designs are there? Which bridges have collapsed and why? We will explore these questions and, of course, build bridges out of wood, rope and paper. There will be a small competition to see who can build the most stable bridge, and we will go to the park and build a rope bridge that can hold all of us.
