Brückenbau - Ferienkurs

Wie wird eine Brücke gebaut?  Was muss dabei beachtet werden? Was ist eigentlich Statik? Welche Baumaterialien gibt es und welche Brückenbauformen? Welche Brücken sind eingestürzt und warum? Wir werden Brücken aus Holz, aus Seilen und aus Papier bauen. Es wird einen kleinen Wettbewerb geben, wer die stabilste Brücke baut. Im Park bauen wir eine Seilbrücke, die uns alle aushält. 

How is a bridge built? What needs to be considered? What exactly is statics? What building materials are available and what types of bridge designs are there? Which bridges have collapsed and why? We will build bridges out of wood, rope, and paper. There will be a small competition to see who can build the most stable bridge. In the park, we will build a rope bridge that can hold all of us.
